Andrew was a software engineer who lived in Joan Watson's building.

Watson had dinner with Andrew and his father Santhosh which went perfectly but made her realize that she didn't want a conventional relationship. Days later, she invited Andrew to a coffee shop to break up with him. Andrew accidentally drank Joan's tea that was poisoned with hemlock by an assassin hired by Elana Marsh and died. ("Hemlock")
