Teddy is one of Sherlock Holmes' "Irregulars" who he employs when he needs eyes on the street.
Biography
Season One
Holmes employs Teddy to find Sebastian Moran which he does. Teddy engages Moran by trying to sell him knock-off merchandise ending when Moran pushes Teddy and breaks his phone. Teddy arrives at The Brownstone where Joan Watson lets him in as Holmes isn't there. Teddy asks if Watson is a hooker and explains how he came into Holmes' employ. He shows Watson a photo of Moran that Holmes gave him which Watson realizes came from a hidden camera in the Brownstone. Teddy gets tired of waiting for Holmes and leaves. Holmes finds Teddy taking out the trash at home and gives him $200 in exchange for details of his encounter with Moran. ("M.")
